Deir Ezzor Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:: The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that warplanes believed to belong to the International Coalition targeted al-Hajjana and al-Hezam al-Akhdar areas in al-Bukamal city in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, causing material damage, and no information about causalities so far.
