About 20 shells target a village under the control of the regime forces in east of Homs

Homs Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the “Islamic State” organization fired 19 shells this morning at areas in Al-Masoudia village which is under the control of the regime forces in the eastern countryside of Homs. No casualties were reported. Renewed clashes took place between the regime forces and their allied militiamen on one hand and ISIS on the other in areas in Palmyra- Al-Sokhna road and at points at the eastern Palmyra desert in the eastern countryside of Homs, in a continuous attempt from the regime forces side to take a step ahead of ISIS, limit its control scope and advance into Al-Sokhna city, which is considered the last city under the control of ISIS in Homs province.
