Shells target areas in Jab Al-Jarrah town in the eastern countryside of Homs and clashes in areas in its vicinity

Homs Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: several shells were fired this morning at areas in Jab Al-Jarrah in the eastern countryside of Homs, which is under the control of the regime. No casualties were reported. This coincided with clashes between the regime forces and their allied militiamen on one hand and ISIS on the other in the vicinity of the town. Casualties were reported at both sides. Warplanes also shelled areas in MasHara town in the central sector of Al-Quneitra countryside with no casualties reported.
