Warplanes raid the eastern countryside of Hama and areas in east Damascus and clashes in Jobar

Hama Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the regime forces shelled areas in the towns of Al-Lataminah and Kafrayyat and the village of Latmin in the northern countryside of Hama. No casualties were reported. Warplanes also carried out a number of raids on Qulayb Al-Thawr and Abu Hanaya villages, near Uqayribat in the eastern countryside of Hama, which is controlled by ISIS. No casualties were reported.

Damascus Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: warplanes carried out several raids on areas in Jobar neighborhood at the outskirts of Damascus with no casualties reported. A mortar shell was also launched on Kashkool area at the outskirts of the capital, causing material damages. This coincided with clashes that broke out between the regime forces and their allied militiamen on one hand and the rebel and Islamic factions on the other, in areas in Jobar neighborhood at the eastern outskirts of Damascus, in a renewed attempt by the regime forces to advance into the area and regain control over more areas.
