after 6 weeks of international coalition bombing which killed 232 civilians in al-Mayadeen city… ISIS forces the merchants to put roadblocks in front of their shops

Deir Ezzor Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: The “Islamic State” organization has issued instructions to owners of shops to set up barricades in front of their shops in the capital of “al-Khair State” in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, where administrative, “Sharia” and security centers of the “Islamic State” exist within the borders of the “state”, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, the organization of the “Islamic State” forced the owners of shops in the city of al-Mayadeen to set up a barricader of sandbags of 1.5 meter height in front of each shop, and the organization imposed the implementation of this as soon as possible, as well as imposing penalties for those who violate the orders from the show owners, and the purposes of the organization’s goad is not known.

The fortification process imposed by the “Islamic State” organization on the shop owners in al-Mayadeen city, comes in conjunction with the escalation of aerial bombardment of the international coalition on al-Mayadeen city since the 22nd of May 2017 until the 4th of July, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented 232 civilians killed including 82 children and 70 women, they are 36 civilians including 14 children and 13 women and 42 prisoners who were killed by international coalition airstrike on Abu Abdullah Al-Nuaimi, who is a former leader in Nusra Front “Qaeda Organization in the Levant”, and who was executed by the “Islamic State” organization and took his house and turned it into a prison affiliated to the security services of the organization, which has been divided into main parts, one of them is for civilians and the other part is for the prisoners of the members of the organization, in addition to 154 families of the “Islamic State” organization including 68 children and 57 women who were killed in al-Dahmoush 4-story building near the government complex which is known by al-Saraya and al-Shaker café in al-Mayadeen city in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and al-Dahmoush building is mostly inhabited by the families of the members of the organization.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also documented 43 persons killed including 5 children and 4 women in shelling by warplanes belongs to the International Coalition, on areas in al-Bukamal, Beqres, Abu al-Neitel, al-Quriyah, al-Bsira, Jadid Ekydat and al-Tatyana al-Sor and other areas in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, in addition to others injured, some of them are in serious conditions.
