al-Hasakah province: Warplanes went in air strikes on a school’s area in Lelan village which is taken over by the IS west of Tal Tamer town, what wounded and seriously wounded many civilians. Clashes continue between ISIS and YPG in Ras al-Ein countryside, amid advances for YPG in the area.
