A woman was shot by a sniper while she was trying to get out of areas controlled by the “Islamic State” organization in Al-Raqqah city, while it rose to 11 at least, they are 3 children brothers and 8 citizens of one family (and they are 3 brothers and one of them is with his son and another man with 2 of his children and a young boy), the number of persons who were killed in the raids on areas in Al-Raqqah city and in the southern part of it since Tuesday, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation, while 5 citizens of one family were killed, they are a man and his wife and 3 of their children were killed as a result of bombardment by warplanes on areas in Al-Raqqah city, and with this it rose to at least 288 including an SOHR activist, the number of Syrian civilians who were documented by the SOHR since the 5th of June 2017 until today the 19th of July 2017. the casualties are 272 civilians included at least 47 children below the age of eighteen and 35 female citizens above eighteen killed in al-Raqqah city, and 16 civilians including 3 children and 4 women were killed airstrikes on the eastern countryside of al-Raqqah. In addition, airstrikes left hundreds of civilians injured, with various degrees of severity, some of whom had their limbs amputated, some were left with permanent disabilities and some are still in a critical condition, which means that the death toll is still likely to rise. Moreover, the intensive shelling that targeted the city, its surroundings and outskirts destroyed tens of houses and public utilities.
