Renewed violations of the Eastern Ghouta Truce between the warplanes raids and the regime’s missiles east of Damascus

The Eastern Ghouta truce continues to hold on since it was implemented on the 22nd of July 2017. However, renewed violations targeting the areas subject to the agreement in east Damascus and the Eastern Ghouta were documented by the SOHR. The SOHR documented this morning 6 raids carried out by warplanes on places located between Ein Tarma town and Jobar neighborhood, amid the firing of 8 missiles, believed to be ground-to-ground, by the regime forces on areas at the outskirts of Ein Tarma. Clashes also broke out before midnight between the regime forces and their allied militiamen on one hand and Al-Rahman Corps on the other in Arafah area in Jobar neighborhood and in the vicinity of Ein Tarma valley. Clashes were accompanied by ten shells fired by the regime forces on areas of clashes.
