Renewed clashes in Homs countryside and warplanes escalate their raids on the eastern countryside of Hama

Homs Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: renewed violent clashes erupted between the regime forces and their allied militiamen on one hand and ISIS on the other in Om Sahrij area in the eastern countryside of Homs and in other areas near Al-Shomariyyeh Mountains area, amid an exchange of shelling between both parties and shelling by the regime forces on ISIS-controlled areas and positions. Casualties were reported at both sides.

Hama Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: warplanes renewed their shelling on areas in the villages and towns of Qulayb Al-Thawr, Al-Mkimen, Al-Dakila, Salba, Qulayb, Massoud and Jab Al-Mazaree’ near Eqayrbat in the ISIS-controlled eastern countryside of Hama. No casualties were reported. The regime forces also shelled areas in M’aarkaba village in the northern countryside of Hama and other areas in the vicinity of Morek town and Lahaya village in the northern countryside of Hama, causing material damages.
