Renewed breaches disrupt the calm in the Syrian south and the truces continue there

The Syrian South truce is still ongoing for the 23rd day in a row since it was launched on the 9th of July 2017 with a US-Russian-Jordanian agreement in the provinces of al-Suwaidaa, Daraa and al-Quneitra. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that the regime forces targeted with two shells areas in Daraa al-Balad in Daraa city, and no information about casualties, while the regime forces shelled areas in Eib village located in al-Lajat area in the north-eastern countryside of Daraa, and no information about casualties.

 

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored yesterday Sunday the shelling by the regime forces on areas in the outskirts of Alma town in the eastern countryside of Daraa, while the regime opened heavy fire on places in Daraa Camp in Daraa city, while the regime forces shelled places in al-Boyar village in al-Lajat area in the northern countryside of Daraa, there was also targeting between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them in Khan Arnabah area and the rebel and Islamic factions in Ofanya area in the central and northern sectors of the countryside of al-Quneitra.
