IS militants whip 5 men in the town of al- Bsiri

 

Deir Ezzor Province: Reliable sources had informed SOHR that IS militants whipped 3 citizens in the town on al- Bsiri in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor on charge of “not closing their shops in the prayer time”. They also whipped 2 men from the same town on charge of “selling cigarettes”.

 

An IS militant died in clashes with the regime forces in Hwayjet Sakar on the outskirts of Deir Ezzor city.

 

Violent clashes are taking place between the regime forces and IS militants in al- Sena’ah neighborhood in the city of Deir Ezzor.
