Massacre claims the lives of 10 persons of two families in a town in the western Countryside of Deir Ezzor adjacent to the countryside of Al-Raqqah

Deir Ezzor Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that warplanes that haven’t been known yet whether they were Russian or related to the International Coalition, carried out a massacre by targeting areas in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor which is , adjacent to the eastern countryside of Al-Raqqah yesterday evining on the 10th of August 2017, where the aircraft carried out several strikes that targeted places in the town of Al-Tabni and its outskirts and the villages of Saba and Sheha and Al-Khan area, resulting in the deaths of 10 people of two families, and the number of casualties may increase because of the presence of large number of injuries, some of them are in serious cases in addition to information about others casualties.
