The operation of transferring the displaced people in return for handing over of the prisoners of Lebanese Hezbollah reaches its end after long hours of starting the operation of the displacement

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the agreement of the displacement from the Syrian barren mountains of Felita and the Lebanese city of Arsal reached its end, with starting the preparations for receiving the fifth prisoner with the entry of the fifth group of displaced people, from Al-Sa’en area where buses stop and which is controlled by the regime forces, to Al-Rahjan area which is controlled by the factions in the north-eastern countryside of Hama, it is expected that the operation of the exchange of the entry of buses and the handing over of the prisoner, will be completed in a short time, thus, the convoy of displaced people prepares to go to Idlib Province. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published that the fourth group of buses of the displaced people is preparing to leave from Al-Sa’en area controlled by the regime forces to Al-Rahjan area controlled by the factions in the far north-eastern countryside of Hama, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that three prisoners of the Lebanese Hezbollah of who Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham had, have been handed over till now, while the remaining two prisoners will be handed over with the arrival of the fourth and fifth groups of buses of the displaced people, which carry thousands of displaced people including hundreds of fighters in Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and their families, who were displaced from the Syrian barren mountains of Felita and the Lebanese city of Arsal, to Idlib Province, and it’s expected that the operation will be completed within the next hour.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that the convoy coming from Jurud Falita and Jurud Arsal, which stopped at al-Sa’an area in the countryside of Hama, in preparation for logistic measures regarding the entry to the areas controlled by the factions, in exchange for extradition of the captives of the Lebanese Hezbollah, has started to move, where cross sources asserted to the Syrian Observatory that the convoy began to move through the entry of a batch of buses in return for handing over a captive  by Hayaat Tahrir al-Sham, and the entry of the remaining buses will be in return for handing over other captives consecutively, in order to let the convey head towards Idlib, carrying about 8,000 people, including hundreds of members of Hayaat Tahrir al-Sham and their families.

Also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published that the convoy of the displaced persons of the Lebanese Jurud Falita and Arsal arrived at the Sa’an crossing in the eastern countryside of Hama city, on the road between Salmiyah, Sheikh Hilal and Ithriyah. The convoy stopped in the area to complete logistical procedures regarding the entry of the buses and ambulances which are carrying about 8,000 displaced persons, including hundreds of fighters in Hayaat Tahrir al-Sham and their family members. Sources suggested to the Syrian Observatory that the entry process will be  through the movement of a group of buses from the regime-held area, where the convoy is currently stopped,  when a captive of Hezbollah is exchanged in return for the entry of each batch of busses, which will not be more than 5 or 6 batches, where prisoners of the Lebanese Hezbollah who were captivated in 2015 and 2016 during battles with the factions and Hayaat Tahrir al-Sham in the central and north of Syria, will be handed over.
