The regime forces shell the mountains of Latakia and air strikes targets the Desert of Rif Dimashq

Latakia Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: Shelling by the regime forces on areas in Turkman Mountain in the north-eastern countryside of Latakia, causing material damage, without information about casualties.

Warplanes shelled areas in the south-east of Rif Dimashq in the administrative border of the north-eastern countryside of Al-Suwaidaa, and there was no information about casualties by the strikes that targeted the area of Al-Hadalat, where the desert of Rif Dimashq witnessed violent clashes between the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities on one hand, and fighters of Jaysh Usud al-Sharqiyyah and the forces of Ahmad al-Abdu on the other, during the past 48 hours, in which the regime forces managed to achieve an advancement into positions controlled previously by the factions, clashes accompanied by violent and intensive shelling by the regime forces and bombing by warplanes on the clash areas and areas controlled by the factions, amid shelling by the factions to the sites and positions of the regime forces in the area, resulting in casualties in the ranks of both parties.
