The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documents 15 new casualties by the renewed shelling on the city of Al-Raqqah
Al-Raqqah Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented that three citizens of one family were killed by shelling by the forces of the “Euphrates Wrath” Operation and shelling by the International Coalition on areas in Al-Raqqah city, while the number of casualties who were killed by the renewed shelling by the International Coalition on the city during the past 24 hours, increased to 13 persons at least, including two children and two citizen women, while the clashes are taking place in Al-Raqqah city between the Syria Democratic Forces supported by the US special forces on one hand, and members of the “Islamic State” organization on the other, in areas in the vicinity of the center of Al-Raqqah city, in an attempt by the SDF to achieve more advancement at the expense of the organization whose size of controlled areas was reduced to about 45% of the area of the city, the clashes were accompanied by the sound of an explosion believed to be resulted by exploding a bombed vehicle by the organization in the area.
