More airstrikes cause causalities in al-Raqqa city with continued clashes in the city
Al-Raqqa province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:: warplanes affiliated to the International Coalition shelled areas in the city of al-Raqqa, the main stronghold of the “Islamic State” organization in Syria, killing a man from Palmyra city and a woman and injuring others, and the death toll is expected to increase because of the presence of injured in serious conditions, and these airstrikes comes in conjunction with violent clashes between members of the “Islamic State” organization against the Syria Democratic Forces backed by the International Coalitions’ warplanes in areas in al-Raqqa city, following attempts by each parties to advance at the expense of the other party, amid an exchange of shelling between both parties, and shelling by the “Euphrates Wrath” Operation Forces on the organization-held areas and its positions in the city.
