Explosion shakes a city in the northern countryside of Idlib and clashes are taking place in it

Idlib Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: Confirmed information obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights about the death of the commander of a combat brigade from the town of Korin in the countryside of Ariha, in the southern section of the countryside of Idlib, after arresting him for more than two years on charges of “communicating with Jaysh Al- Thowwar” by Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, in which information obtained about his death inside the prison, amid accusations by Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham that he was executed, and his family was called to receive his body and bury it, also an explosion was heard in the city of Salqin in the northern countryside of Idlib, caused by an explosion targeted the Courthouse in Salqin, and confirmed information about a man bombed himself targeting the building, followed by clashes between unidentified gunmen attacked the location and members of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, and the explosion and clashes resulted in casualties, where a member of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham was killed as well as another one of the attacking group, and other persons were injured with varying degrees of severity.
