2000 killed and wounded in 30 days of air strikes and barrels bombardment

SOHR documented 1592 air strikes by regime warplanes and helicopters around Syria since 20th of October/2014 until yesterday’s midnight.

warplanes went in 866 air strikes targeted areas in Damascus, Dar’aa Aleppo, Idlib, Reef Dimashq, Homs, Hama, Der-Ezzor, Lattakia, al-Hasakah.

helicopters dropped no less than 726 explosive barrels on areas in Damascus, Dar’aa Aleppo, Idlib, Reef Dimashq, Homs, Hama, al-Hasakah, Lattakia.

396 civilians were killed ( 109 children, 78 women ) while no less than 1500 others were wounded, in addition to material damages in civilians properties.

 

We in SOHR condemns with the strongest terms the silence of the international community on these massacres committed by al-Assad forces in the right of the Syrian people, women and children.

We consider The failure of the UN Security Council to refer the war crimes against the humanity in Syria, was a basic factor of turning Syrian into a terrorism land and a target for thousands of foreign fighters to Implement their own agenda in Syria, after killing hundreds of civilians in Syria under the name of their ” Shariaa “. The failure of security council let dozens of thousands of Shia fighters who are allied to regime forces from Arabic and Asian countries, to travel to Syria and kills its people side by side with Bashar al-Assad, under the pretext of defending the Shia shrines.
