Violent clashes east of Salamiyah and west of Shaer field within the besieged circle and the regime forces advance in hills and sites there

The violent clashes continues between the regime forces supported by the gunmen loyal to them of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities against members of the “Islamic State” organization, in areas in the besieged and circle extending from Shomariyyeh Mountains until the advancement line from Ithriyah to Shaer Mountain, where the clashes are concentrated in the eastern countryside of Salamiyah city, after the regime forces were able to advance and control the villages of Eastern Dekliyyeh, Western Dekliyyeh and Um Hartyn and hills and heights near them, in a continuous attempt by the regime Forces to achieve more advancement in the area, with a cover of intense shelling on the area, where warplanes have carried out tens of raids since dawn of yesterday on areas in the eastern countryside of Hama, accompanied by shelling with tens of rockets and tens of artillery, mortar and tank shells on the clash areas and on the “Islamic State” organization’s controlled areas in Uqayribat in the eastern countryside of Salamiyah city, while warplanes continue to bombard areas in the eastern countryside of Hama, where areas were bombed in the villages of Hessu al-Albawi, al-Dakila, al-Na’emiyyeh, Jana al-Albawi, Wadi al-Izam , Jub al-Mazaree’, al-Qastal, Jruh, Salba, Abu Hanaya, Masada, Qulayb al-Thor and al-Mkimen, which are under the control of the “Islamic State” organization, no information about casualties.

These clashes are accompanied by violent fight between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against members of the “Islamic State” organization, in areas west of Shaer Mountain and Shaer oilfield at the administrative borders between Homs and Hama, in an attempt by the regime forces to clamp down on the organization by advancing in more than one front, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the regime forces managed to advance in hills and points used to be controlled by the organization in the area, and the clashes are accompanied by shelling exchange on the clash areas by both parties, but no information about casualties yet.
