Clashes in areas west of Sha’er Mountains and ISIS targets Jab Al-Jarah

Homs Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: warplanes carried out several raids on areas in the southern Al-Moshayrefah, Al-Salihiyah and Om Al-Reish in the eastern countryside of Homs. Meanwhile, clashes continue, with a varied pace of violence, between the regime forces and their allied militiamen on one hand and ISIS on the other in areas west of Sha’er Mountains in the eastern countryside of Homs. In addition, ISIS members opened fire using their heavy machine guns on areas in the regime-controlled Jab Al-Jarah town, which is also located in the eastern countryside of Homs. No casualties were reported.
