Shelling hits Al-Raqqah city amid clashes in the vicinity of the city center and the regime forces target Aleppo northern countryside

Al-Raqqah Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the “Euphrates Wrath” Operation Forces shelled after midnight areas in Al-Raqqah city, which is the main stronghold of ISIS in Syria. Mo casualties were reported. Meanwhile, clashes continue between the SDF backed by the US Special Forces on one hand and ISIS on the other in areas in the vicinity of the city center. Casualties were reported at both sides. In addition, a man was shot dead by a sniper while attempting to flee to SDF-controlled areas in Al-Raqqah.
