In Homs province 3 citizens were killed, they are: 2 citizens were killed in shelling by the regime forces on areas in Talbiseh city in the northern countryside of Homs, and a person was killed in an explosive of an IED this morning on the road between al-Awisah and al-Qabu, which is under the control of the regime forces in the northern countryside of Homs.
In Al-Raqqah Province a man was shot dead by a sniper during his attempt to escape from the “Islamic State” organization’s controlled areas in the city, to areas controlled by the Syria Democratic Forces in the city.
In Daraa Province a young man -the son of a leader of a rebel division- was killed by an IED explosion in his father’s car.
the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also documented the death of at least 27 civilians, including 7 children below the age of 18 and 6 women above the age of 18, as a result of raids carried out by the International Coalition warplanes on Harat Al-Badu area and on other areas in its vicinity in the city, and also warplanes of the International Coalition targeted on Saturday the 19th of August 2017 a Mosque area and nearby houses in Al-Jazza’ village in the eastern countryside of Al- Shaddadi, which resulted in the death of 18 persons at least including 3 children, 3 ISIS members were also killed by the same bombing.
And a man died under torture, local sources said that Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham had arrested him previously under the pretext of “receiving a salary from regime’s areas”, the man is from Jabal Al-Zawiyah and he died under torture in the camps of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham
While the SOHR learned that at least 70 ISIS members were killed when their convoy was targeted by warplanes in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor.
