Idlib Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: an IED blew up this morning near Shoayb Mosque at the outskirts of Idlib city. No casualties were reported.

Daraa Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: an IED, planted in the car of a commander of an Islamic Division, blew up on Al-Sawame’-Al-Naima road in the eastern countryside of Daraa. As a result, a commander of a Battalion affiliated with the Division was killed and others were injured, with varied degrees of severity. Another person was assassinated by unknown gunmen, who planted and IED on the road he used to take in Gharaz area at the outskirts of Daraa city.
