98 killed yesterday, including 10 members of the regime forces and their allied militiamen and 35 civilians, as a result of aerial raids, bombardments, shootings and other incidents
In Hama Province: one of the fighters of Jaysh Al-Izza in the northern countryside of Hama was killed in a targeting by the regime forces and their allied militiamen there. In addition, 22 civilians, including at least 6 children and 4 women, were killed as a result of raids carried out by warplanes on areas in Al-Rwayda and the eastern countryside of Hama.
In Homs Province, 6 civilians were killed. Specifically, a man died of injuries sustained a few days ago in shelling by the regime forces on areas in Talbisa city. A young man, from Ghernata village, also died of injuries sustained in shelling by the regime forces on areas in his village in the northern countryside of Homs. In addition, a man was shot dead by a sniper in the vicinity of Al-Rastan along with another man and a child who were killed as a result of shelling on Taldo and Al-Rastan. Finally, a child died of injuries he suffered as a result of raids carried out by warplanes on areas in KafrLaha a few days ago.
In Deir Ezzor Province: 3 civilian women were killed in raids carried out by warplanes on areas in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor.
In Rif Dimashq Province: two fighters of Jaysh Usud Al-Sharqiyyah were killed and others were injured as a result of shelling by warplanes that targeted its positions in the part of the Syrian dessert located at the southern section of Rif Dimashq.
In Daraa Province: two persons were killed. Specifically, a commander of a Battalion affiliated with an Islamic Division died when an IED planted in his car blew up while he was travelling on Al-Sawame’e’-Al-Naima road in the eastern countryside of Daraa. In addition, another person was assassinated by unknown gunmen, who planted an IED on the road he used to take in Gharaz area at the outskirts of Daraa city.
In Aleppo Province, a man was killed in a hand grenade blast in the northern countryside of Aleppo.
The SOHR also learned that Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham executed two persons by shooting in a public square in Kafr Nabl town, located in the southern section of Deir Ezzor countryside, on charges of “killing and robbing a person”. They were both shot dead by Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham in the presence of tens of civilians, including children, who gathered in the location of the execution, which took place on the 22nd of August.
In addition, the SOHR documented the death of at least 29 ISIS members in clashes in Al-Raqqah city. On the other hand, 4 SDF fighters died as a result of bombings, bombardments and clashes with ISIS in Al-Raqqah city and Abu Khashab area.
The SOHR also learned that 5 commanders and members of Jaysh Khalid Ibn Al-Walid were killed when targeted with a shell by the rebel and Islamic factions in Yarmouk Basin area in the western countryside of Daraa. The SOHR activists observed the factions’ targeting of the crossing between the areas controlled by the ISIS-affiliate Jaysh Khalid Ibn Al-Walid and the factions’ positions in the western countryside of Daraa.
In addition, 10 members of the regime forces and their allied militiamen died in shelling by and clashes with ISIS.
On the other hand, at least 11 ISIS fighters, of non-Syrian nationalities, were killed in clashes and shelling by warplanes and helicopters on their positions.
