The regime forces shell Ein Tarma by several missiles

Rif Dimashq province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the regime forces shelled by missiles believed to be ground-to-ground areas in the outskirts of the town of Ein Tarma, causing material damage, and there is no information about causalities, and the SOHR published that it learned that the regime forces fired several shells on areas at the outskirts and in the vicinity of Ein Tarma town, located at the western outskirts of the Eastern Ghouta. This coincided with the fall of several explosive bullets on areas in Al-Zablatani neighborhood, east of Damascus. No casualties were reported. Such shelling followed the calm that has been prevailing since the afternoon of Tuesday, the 22nd of August 2017, only to be interrupted by the shelling of yesterday morning.

The SOHR published yesterday that the regime forces renewed their targeting of areas in the Eastern Ghouta. The SOHR learned that the regime forces targeted areas at the outskirts of Jobar neighborhood and other places in Ein Tarma town with more missiles, raising the number of missiles, believed to be ground-to-ground, that targeted these areas to 23 at least. However, no casualties were reported. The SOHR published that the fronts in the Eastern Ghouta have been witnessing a prevailing calm since the afternoon of the 20th of August 2017 in terms of fighting between the regime forces and their allied militiamen on one hand and Al-Rahman Corps on the other in Ein Tarma, AlMotahalik AlJanobi (the Southern Bypass) and Jobar neighborhood. However, sporadic shelling by the regime forces keeps interrupting such calm prevailing east of Damascus and in the Eastern Ghouta. The SOHR observed that the regime forces fired seven artillery shells yesterday morning on areas in Jobar neighborhood. They also fired 5 shells on the outskirts of Ein Tarma town in the Eastern Ghouta. However, no casualties were reported. The SOHR also published yesterday morning that the regime forces renewed their shelling interrupting the calm that has been prevailing in the Eastern Ghouta for about 36 hours. The SOHR observed that the regime forces fired after midnight 33 missiles, believed to be ground-to-ground, on areas at the outskirts of Ein Tarma and its valley and other areas in Jobar neighborhood, causing material damages only.
