Aleppo Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: clashes broke out after midnight between the Syria Democratic Forces on one hand and the Turkish-backed rebel and Islamic factions on the other in Al-Sheikh Eisa area and in the southwest of Mare’ city in the northern countryside of Aleppo. Casualties were reported at both sides.
