Jaysh al-Islam and Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham exchange 10 prisoners in the Eastern Ghouta

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that an exchange of prisoners took place between Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham on one hand, and Jaysh al-Islam on the other, in the Eastern Ghouta, and in the details documented by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, the exchange took place between the both parties during the past hours, in which 5 prisoners of Jaysh al-Islam were handed over in return for a similar number of prisoners of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, including a number of injuries, in which fighters of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham were captured during a campaign by Jaysh al-Islam in Arbin area in the Eastern Ghouta.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 18th of August 2017 that Jaysh al-Islam handed over 40 members of al-Rahman Corps who were captured yesterday during an attack by Jaysh al-Islam, in which it stormed into the headquarters of al-Rahman Corps in al-Mohammdiya town, and Jaysh al-Islam managed to capture 20 fighters of al-Rahman Corps in the headquarter in the outskirts of the town, while the others were captured in other headquarters in the same town, and the activists of the SOHR monitored that the handing over of the captives took place at the outskirts of Mesraba town which witnessed yesterday a violent attack by al-Rahman Corps and Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham in which they managed to control buildings at the outskirts of the town.
