The Syrian dessert factions shell positions of the regime in the southeastern part of Rif Dimashq

Rif Dimashq Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: Ahmad Al-Abdo Forces and Jaysh Usud Al-Sharqiyah shelled last night positions of the regime forces in Mahroutha and Wadi Mahmoud in the southeastern part of Rif Dimashq, which is adjacent to the northeastern countryside of Al-Suwaidaa, causing material damages. The area has also been witnessing during the past few days clashes between the regime forces and their allied militiamen on one hand and Ahmad Al-Abdo Forces and Jaysh Usud Al-Sharqiyah on the other in areas near the Syrian-Jordanian border. The regime forces had managed to advance into the area and to take control of positions and checkpoints at the border with Jordan. Clashes, which were accompanied by aerial and artillery shelling, left casualties at both sides.
