We at the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, with the continuation of crimes and violations of rights of Syrian civilians, and despite of the killing threats we received from the “Islamic State” and all killers in Syria, we reiterate our commitment to continue our work of monitoring, documenting and publishing all violations and crimes committed against the Syrian people, as the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights re-call on the UN Security Council to refer the war crimes and crimes against humanity committed in Syria to the International Criminal Court, so that the killers of the Syrian people are punished along with their rulers and instigators, as we at the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights warned, before the announcement of the organization of the Islamic state in Iraq and the Levant about it self-claimed “state of caliphate” in Syria and Iraq, that this organization was not intended to work for the interest of the Syrian people, but it increased the killing of the Syrian people, millions of whom were displaced, martyred and injured, where the “Islamic State” organization abused the Syrian children and recruited them in the so-called “Cubs of the Caliphate”, and worked on controlling the underground resources of the country in order to establish its “caliphate”, through using the gates of a neighboring country which were opened for the organization to freely enter and exit. As we at the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reiterates our call to the UN Security Council and all organizations and countries that respect human rights in the world to work immediately to stop the crimes and violations committed against the Syrian people by the “Islamic State” organization and the regime of Bashar al-Assad, and all those who committed these crimes, regardless of the party to which they belong, and work on establishing of competent courts to put them on trial. We also call on them to help the Syrian people to reach a state of freedom, democracy, justice and equality that preserves the rights of all components of the Syrian people without discrimination between religions, sects and ethnicities, who were and will always coexist for a prosperous future for Syria despite the media campaigns that work on destroy the social coherence of the Syrian nation.
