The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the deaths of 23 people, including 11 children and 3 women, as a result of shelling by the international coalition that targeted the center of Raqqa city. Their bodies were recovered and identified by their relatives most of them are from one family.

While the SOHR documented the death of at least 8 members of Zinki, who were killed in clashes and were executed by Hayaat Tahrir al-Sham members. They were killed in clashes took place in Telada village in the northern countryside of Idlib between members of Nor al-Din al-Zinki Movement against members of Hayaat Tahrir al-Sham.

The SOHR also documented the death of at least 10 members of the “Islamic State” organization, who were killed in clashes in Raqqa city, while the SOHR documented the death of 5 fighters of the SDF, some of whom were buried today and others were documented. They were killed in shelling, bombing, and clashes between the SDF against ISIS in Raqqa city and the southern countryside of Hasaka.
