The warplanes and the regime forces heavily shell east of Hama after advancing in the besieged circle

Hama province – The Syrian Observatory for human Rights:: the regime forces shelled at todays’ afternoon places in al-Latmnah town and its outskirts in the northern countryside of Hama, while the warplanes carries out airstrikes on places in Akirabat town and the village of Hamada Omar which are controlled by ISIS in the eastern countryside.

And the SOHR published hours ago that despite the promises to the residents of the eastern countryside of Hama, to evacuate them from the eastern countryside and transport them to Idlib Province which is controlled by Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and the factions, hundreds of families which gathered in Wadi Al-Azeeb area near Ithriyah, are still in the open air with unknown fate, as well as the escalation of the military operations in the eastern countryside of Hama, in which the Russian warplanes as well as regime’s warplanes intensified their strikes targeting areas in Uqayribat Township and the villages which are located in its countryside.

This intensive aerial bombing was accompanied by the observing by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that a continuous violent shelling by the regime forces by missiles and artillery, mortars and tanks shells on the same areas which were attacked by these warplanes, amid the continuation of violent clashes between the regime forces supported by gunmen loyal to them of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities on one hand, and the members of the “Islamic State” organization on the other, while the regime forces clamped down on ISIS inside the besieged square and the regime forces managed during the past 48 hours, to advance and take the control of about 8 new villages in the eastern countryside of Hama, approaching Uqayribat town which is the main center of the besieged circle in the eastern countryside of Hama, thus, ISIS was besieged in Uqayribat town and about 33 villages and residential community, of which are still under its control in the eastern and northern countryside of Salamiyah in Hama countryside.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of about 40 citizens including 7 children and 7 citizen women by the intensive aerial bombing during the past 10 days of intensive aerial and rocket shelling, on the villages controlled by the organization in the eastern countryside of Hama, where about 5 thousand citizens are still besieged in a circle which is surrounded by the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them, the raids also resulted in the injury of about 100 citizen with varying degrees of severity, which makes the number of casualties is capable to increase, amid great lack of medical ability to save serious cases or serious injuries, while this great escalation to destroy the infrastructure and the intensive shelling on the villages of the eastern countryside of Hama, and destroying them by the Russian warplanes as well as regime’s warplanes and its forces, by targeting them daily by dozens of missiles and shells, coincide with the aggravation of the bad human situation, where 5 thousand citizens in this besieged circle of the eastern countryside of Hama and the part connected with it of the eastern countryside of Homs, are suffering from tragic conditions, because of the great lack of food and medical substances and medicines, and the absence of hospitals and medical care, as well as the absence of professional doctors for some serious incurable cases, while local sources called international bodies, through the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights to pressure the operating parties to open a safe passage for thousands of citizens of children, men, elderly people and citizen women to pass to areas outside the controlled areas of the “Islamic State” organization, while sources from the area confirmed to the Observatory Syrian for Human Rights that hundreds of families were transported to areas near Salamiyah – Ithriyah Road in order to transport them to areas controlled by the factions and Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, while contact with tens of citizens was lost during their displacement and escape from the areas controlled by the organization, in the eastern countryside of Hama.
