Shells target Deir Ezzor city in conjunction with the regime forces’ attack in a neighborhood inside the city
Deir Ezzor Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a young man from Al-Bulail town, was killed as a result of being shot by Turkish border guards, while he was trying to cross towards the Turkish side after escaping from areas controlled by the “Islamic state” organization, following the decision of “conscription” which was issued by the organization in Deir Ezzor province, while shells fell on areas in Al-Qosur and Al-Jurah neighborhoods, which are controlled by the regime forces in Deir Ezzor city, which caused material damage, and confirmed information about causing casualties and wounded, while violent clashes are taking place between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them on one hand, and the members of ISIS on the other, in areas in Al-Rashideen neighborhood in the city, following an attack by the organization in an attempt to achieve advancement in the area, amid shelling by the regime forces on the clash areas.
