A shell targets the outskirts of Lattakia city and shelling targets north of Aleppo while leaflets call upon the people of Idlib countryside to “return to their homeland”

Lattakia Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: a shell fell this afternoon on Qonaynes area at the outskirts of Lattakia city, causing material damages only. No casualties were reported.

Aleppo Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: reconnaissance planes flied over the northern countryside of Aleppo while the regime forces were shelling areas in Horyetan town and the areas of Asia and Al-Qabr Al-Inglizie. No casualties were reported.

Idlib Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: warplanes flied in the skies of Idlib Province and threw leaflets on areas in Ma’arret Mesrin town in the northern countryside of Idlib. The leaflets urged the people of the town to return to the embrace of their homeland and surrender their arms in exchange for amnesty”
