Warplanes water the Euphrates River with the blood of its people and kill more than 60 civilians in more than 72 hours of targeting farriers and displaced camps

Deir Ezzor Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: as if the commanders to the warplanes to bomb, took a false pledge to reform the Euphrates of Deir Ezzor again, and fill the river which irrigates Deir Ezzor with the blood of his sons, who were killed for the sake of escaping from injustice, thus, the “good of who are coming” is evil and death and injustice which equals the injustice of the controllers and their evil, and every massacre has a title justifies what the murders did, “fight the Islamic state organization”, ignoring the repeated calls and warnings of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights and humanitarian bodies, that there is no justification for any killing, and does not permit the presence of any fighter amid of a civilian or residential gathering to shell this place, or to kill a citizen under pretext of killing a fighter or a member of “jihadi”, Islamic or rebel groups.

The target this time as its precedent in 72 hours, the victims are increasing, and the killing continues with the air force and the time is under the cover of darkness in which the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of 9 citizens, including 8 members of one family, including 4 children, as a result of raids carried out by warplanes which are likely to be Russian, at a distance of hundreds of meters from the place where the last massacre carried out yesterday, where the warplanes targeted a camp for the people of Zaghir Shamiya village on the western banks of the Euphrates River, which caused this massacre, which left in addition to the eight casualties, a number of wounded, some of them are still in dangerous cases, which makes the death toll increase.

This massacre increased the number of people who were killed during the past 72 hours by the bombing by Russian warplanes and other likely to be Russian on the banks of Euphrates River, to 62 including 14 children under the age of 18, and five citizen women over the age of 18, where theses strikes targeted dozens of ferry boats in Al-Bolail in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and other ferry boats in Hawaij Ziab Shamiya area, and two camps for displaced people, one in them is in Al-Kharita area and the other is in the nearby area of Zaghir Shamiya on the western banks of the Euphrates River in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor, while the death toll is still likely to rise because of the presence of tens of injuries in dangerous cases, and some another was injured with permanently disabled.

These consecutive massacres as a result of the continuous shelling on the eastern and western banks of the Euphrates River, resulted in the increasing the level of resentment because of the bombing by the Russian warplanes which clamed that they came to “set citizens free”, and because of their targeting citizens during their displacement from the intensive shelling on the city of Deir Ezzor and its countryside, under the pretext of “fighting the Islamic State organization”, while Deir Ezzor city is witnessing a large movement of displacement by tens of families that fled from the city, with escalating the level of the military operation, and for the fear of besieging the area the regime forces which by advancing into Al-Jafrah and Hwajat Saqr areas, which will enable the regime force, if they managed to advance into them and take the control of them, to impose a siege on the whole of Deir Ezzor city, and it is worth to mention that the citizens turned to use ferry boats to travel between the western and the eastern banks of the Euphrates River, after most of the bridges over the river had been shelled, by Russian warplanes as well as the International Coalition warplanes during the past months, in which some ferry boats are used to transport citizens while the others are used to transport vehicles between the two banks.
