Military operations continue between the forces of the “Euphrates Wrath” Operation and ISIS in neighborhoods in the middle of Al-Raqqah city

Al-Raqqah Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: a young man from Ratla village in the eastern countryside of Al-Raqqah was killed as a result of a landmine explosion, while he was traveling in the area, while the violent clashes are taking place between the Syria Democratic Forces supported by the US Special Forces on one hand, and the members of the “Islamic State” organization on the other, in areas in the vicinity of the middle of Al-Raqqah city, where the clashes concentrated in the vicinity of the middle and the center of Al-Raqqah city, and in Al-Thakneh neighborhood, amid the advancement of the SDF and their control of the area, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published that violent clashes are taking place between the Syria Democratic Forces and the US Special Forces; against members of the “Islamic State” organization in areas in the vicinity of Al-Raqqah city and in areas in al-Thakanah neighborhood, amid advancement by the Syria Democratic Forces in buildings in al-Thakanah neighborhood, in an attempt to clamp down more on the organization within what remains for the organization within the city. The clashes is accompanied by the shelling by the “Euphrates Wrath” Operation Forces and by bombardment by warplanes of the International Coalition on the fighting areas, amid exchange of targeting between both parties, and confirmed information about casualties in the ranks of both parties.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that it documented the death of 1021 citizens including an activist in the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, 241 children and 168 citizen women, and the casualties are 1005 citizens including 238 children at least under the age of eighteen and 164 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in Al-Raqqah city, in addition to 16 citizens, 3 children and 4 citizen women were killed by raids on Zor Shammar village and another area on the southern banks of the Euphrates River in the eastern countryside of Al-Raqqah, the air strikes also resulted in the injury of hundreds of citizens with varying degrees of severity, some of them have amputated limbs and permanent disabilities, while some of the injuries are still in serious cases, which may lead to the increase of the number of casualties, while dozens of houses and service facilities were destroyed in the city, as a result of this intensive bombing, which targeted Al-Raqqah city and its vicinity and outskirts.
