The target of the warplanes in the city of al-Mayadin east of Deir Ezzor is still unknown

Deir Ezzor province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:: The town of Mayadin in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, which is the capital of “al-Khair State” is still witnessing since the afternoon of Tuesday the 12th of September 2017, after airstrikes by an unknown warplanes, and sources told the SOHR that warplanes believed to belong to the international coalition targeted two cares, one of them was driven by one man, and the other was carrying a member of ISIS, where the airstrikes caused the deaths of those in the cars. This was followed by a state of security alert and deployment in the parameter of the area by ISIS members. There is no information so far about the identity of the person who was driving the car, while sources suggested that he might be an important leader in the organization of ISIS who was attacked after being monitored. The violent clashes are still taking place between Deir Ezzor Military Council operating within the SDF and backed by the US Special Forces and the international coalition’s warplanes against members of the “Islamic State” organization in areas in al-Mahlaj roundabout in the outskirt of the city of Deir Ezzor, amid advancement by the Council and its controlling of new areas.
