Al- Raqqa Province: The number of people killed in a massacre committed by the regime warplanes has risen to 63 , including 36 civilians, where the warplanes carried out 10 raids on the city of al- Raqqa. the death toll is expected to rise because there are dozens of people who were wounded seriously.
