Warplanes target the citizens in the countryside of Deir Ezzor and raise the death toll to 46, more than half of them children and citizens

Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that warplanes believed to be belong to the International Coalition carried out airstrikes on areas in al-Mshahda village and the towns of Shafa and Sbikhan in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, also the warplanes bombed areas in al-Baghour village targeting houses seized earlier by the “Islamic State” organization, but no information about casualties, while warplanes believed to belong to the International Coalition bombed areas in Bokamal city located in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, on the Syrian-Iraqi border, which caused the death of 7 citizens, they are: a man, his wife and 3 of their children, his sister-in-law and another child, also the bombing caused injuries, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation.

This massacre raises to at least 46 –including 22 children under the age of eighteen and 5 women– the number of persons who were killed in the artillery and aerial bombardment on the eastern and western countryside of Deir Ezzor city in the 16th and 17th of September 2017, where airstrikes of warplanes believed to belong to the International Coalition on al-Bokamal have killed 7 citizens including 4 children and 2 women, and the artillery shelling on Khasham town have killed 2 children, while the bombing by warplanes believed to be Russian on Jdid Bakara village have killed 3 citizens, also the shelling on Mazloum village have killed a lady and 3 of her children, while bombing by warplanes believed to be Russian on Muhassan and Al-Boleel east of Deir Ezzor have killed 8 citizens including 5 children, while 9 citizens were killed in raids by warplanes believed to be Russian on Zghir Jazira village, while 4 citizens were killed including a child and a woman were killed in bombing by warplanes believed to belong to the International Coalition on Al-Mayadin city in the eastern countryside, while killed man, his wife and 7 of their children were killed in raids by warplanes believed to belong to the Coalition on Mahkan village in the same countryside, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation.
