Clashes in areas in the northern countryside of Homs and ISIS targets Deir Ezzor city by drone planes

Deir Ezzor Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: explosions were heard in Deir Ezzor city, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that it caused by the fall of shells fired by the “Islamic State” organization by drone planes , which caused wounded, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented during the past 24 hours the death of 5 persons including a citizen woman and the injury of others with varying degrees of severity, some of them are seriously wounded, as a result of targeting the controlled areas of the regime forces in Deir Ezzor, by the member of the organization.

Homs Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that clashes took place between the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them on one hand, and the rebel and Islamic factions on the other, in the vicinity of Al-Rastan city in the eastern country side of Homs, amid exchange of targeting between the both parties, and this shelling came after shelling by the regime forces targeted areas in Al-Rastan city, which caused material damage, without information about casualties.
