Regime’s helicopters kill and injure about 15 civilians in area where thousands of citizens had fled to it from ISIS-controlled areas northeast of Hama

Hama Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: 4 citizens were killed (a woman and 3 children) and about 10 others were injured when helicopters dropped barrel bombs on areas in al-Rahjan village in the northeastern countryside of Hama, where al-Rahjan area is one of the destination areas for those who fled from ISIS-controlled areas in the in the northeastern countryside of Salamiyah and the eastern countryside of Hama, after crossing for the mine area planted by the regime forces, which separates areas the areas controlled by the factions and Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, and, the areas controlled by the organization in the northeastern countryside of Hama.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 24th of September 2017 that more than 1200 persons left the controlled areas of the organization in the eastern countryside of Hama after they reached Wadi Al-Azeeb and the gathering point, and moved to the controlled areas of the factions and Tahrir Al-Sham, and cross-sources confirmed to the SOHR that the factions and Tahrir Al-Sham arrest every members of the “Islamic State” organization recognized among the displaced people fleeing from death, and with this movement of displacement, the number of displaced people from the northern countryside of Hama to the north-eastern countryside of Hama and Idlib countryside since the beginning of September, has increased to about 5800 persons, while the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the members of the “Islamic State” organization who refuse the agreement of the northern countryside of Hama are working on obstructing applying the agreement, through attacking positions and points of the regime forces and the gunmen loyal to them and targeting the controlled areas of the regime forces by missiles and shells.
