The regime forces continue their attack east of Damascus and carry out a new attack in its western countryside.

Rif Dimashq Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: violent clashes have been taking place since this morning between the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them on one hand, and Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and the rebel and Islamic factions on the other, in the area of Beit Jinn in the west of Rif Dimashq, in attack by the regime forces on the area, amid intensive shelling by the regime forces on the clash areas and other areas in Beit Jinn Farm as well as exchange of targeting between the both parties, while violent clashes have been taking place since after the midnight of Wednesday – Thursday until now, on the areas of Al-Manasher in the outskirts of Jobar and Al-Motahalik Al-Janobi (the Southern Bypass) from the sides of Ein Tarma and Jobar, between the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them on one hand, and Al-Rahman Corps on the other, these clashes come with the continuation of attack by the regime forces, and accompanied by intensive shelling by the regime forces on the clash areas by shells and missiles, and information about casualties was reported in the ranks of the both parties, while the regime forces targeted by their heavy machineguns areas in Kafr Batna town this morning, also a shell fired by the regime forces, fell on Jisrayn town in the Eastern Ghouta, which resulted in the injury of a child, while a violent explosion was heard in the Eastern Ghouta yesterday after the midnight, caused by an explosion carried by Al-Rahman Corps at the contact points with the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them in an area in Al-Motahalik Al-Janobi, and no information about casualties was reported yet, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago, that areas in the outskirts of Harasta city were shelled by the regime forces, which caused material damage but no information about casualties, while the clashes continue between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against members of the “Islamic State” organization, in areas in the vicinity of AlMotahalik AlJanobi and the outskirts of Ein Tarma town, and information about the casualties and injuries in the ranks of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, and the fall of shells on areas in Al-Assad suburb, which is controlled by the regime forces near Harasta in addition, the Eastern Ghouta and the capital Damascus are still witnessing continuous violent clashes between the regime forces backed by gunmen loyal to them on one hand, and the fighters of Al-Rahman Corps on the other, in areas in the vicinity of Al-Motahalik Al-Janobi (the Southern Bypass) which separates between Damascus and its Eastern Ghouta, in conjunction with renewed clashes between the both parties in Al-Manasher area in Jobar neighborhood, while the regime forces shelled by more missiles areas in the outskirts of Jobar neighborhood and other areas in the outskirts of Ein Tarma town, thus, the number of missiles which are believed to be land-to-land, and which were fired by the regime forces on the areas mentioned above, has increased to 15 missiles at least.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that 4 persons at least were killed as a result of the bombing which targeted Douma city which is controlled by Jaysh Al-Islam in the Eastern Ghouta, they are the first casualties to be killed by air strikes since the end of July 2017, in which these raids come after two months of being the warplanes away from the sky of the Eastern Ghouta, and the raids has stopped since the end of July 2017, on the cities and the towns of the Eastern Ghouta, after killing and injuring tens of citizens by raids by the warplanes on Arbin and the cities and the towns of the Eastern Ghouta, which followed an agreement to decrease the escalation which didn’t last because of the consecutive violations to the agreement which carried out between Russia and representatives of the factions in the Eastern Ghouta, in the 22nd of September 2017.
