Anticipation about the declaration of applying a new agreement to ceasefire in the whole of the Syrian territory with the approval of Russia and Turkey

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that it’s expected that a new ceasefire agreement includes the whole of the Syrian territory except the controlled areas of the “Islamic State” organization, will be put in affect at 12 o’clock in the midnight of Thursday – Friday, and commanders of rebel factions reported the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that they were reported that the ceasefire agreement will start applying at midnight of Thursday – Friday, in which it’s expected that the agreement will include the whole of the Syrian territory in which some of them witness truces that has been violated by the regime forces and by the factions, and leading sources confirmed that the agreement came with Russian-Turkish approval about applying a new truce in the Syrian territory, while the sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the factions conditioned that the Russian have to declare about ceasefire and conform it before the faction do.

It is noteworthy that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published in the 6th of May 2017, that a truce includes areas extended from the Syrian North to the Syrian South started to be applied, after agreement to be put in effect in Syria, included Idlib, Aleppo, Hama, Damascus and its country, Daraa, Al-Suwaidaa and Homs, and excepted the controlled areas of the organization there.
