The Russian warplanes destroy Al-Mayadin city before starting their ground operation to take the control of it and shell with the regime forces the east of Deir Ezzor by more than 900 strikes

After killing about 120 citizens half of them are children and citizen women…continuous displacement of families as a result of the intensive firearm preparation for the military operation and the fighting continuous at the banks of the River.

The regime of Bashar al-Assad and Russia don’t prepare for any new military operation as it have to be, but they working for causing the biggest casualties and material damage as possible as they can, in the ranks of citizens and the inhabitants of the areas included within the military operation, in order to reduce the casualties in their ranks, and that is what happened in Deir Ezzor currently, of preparing for a new military operation, which caused one of the biggest movement of displacement in the Syrian territory, and forced thousands of citizens who displaced before to displace again repeating the same tragedy, in which the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored during the past night hours until Tuesday morning the 3rd of October 2017, that the Russian warplanes as well as regime’s warplanes carried out yens of strikes on Al-Mayadin city and the villages and the towns of Bakrus, Al-Boleel, Al-Zbari, Sa’loo and Al-Toob and other areas in the east of Deir Ezzor, which caused material damage to the property of the citizens and the infrastructure of Al-Mayadin city which is the capital of “Al-Khair State”, and the rest of villages which are included within the military operation.

And after the displacement of about 100 thousand citizens from the villages extended from Al-Bomar town to Al-Bokamal and Al-Mayadin cities, including tens of thousands of children and citizen women, who left their houses in their villages, towns and cities, heading to Deir Ezzor desert, avoiding the intensive bombing accompanies by the regime forces’ operation in Deir Ezzor backed by Russia, and “Al-Jazeera Storm” operation backed by the International Coalition, which were accompanied by the displacement of about 50 thousand citizens from the villages and the towns of Hatla, Al-Salihiyah, Marrat, Mazlum, Khesham, Tabyat Jazeera, Jadeed Bakkara, Jadeed Ekaydat, Al-Dahlah and Al-Sabha, in the eastern banks of  the Euphrates River to areas far from the shelling and the clashes and the regime’s military operations, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the continuation of the displacement of hundreds of citizens from the villages between Al-Bomar town and the areas of Al-Mayadin and Al-Bokamal, in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, between the western and the eastern banks of the Euphrates River, in which a movement of displacement is taking place towards areas in Deir Ezzor desert, in attempt by tens of thousands of citizens to survive themselves and leave the areas of the military operation and the intensive bombing, after the displacement of about 150 thousand citizen from the eastern and the western banks of the Euphrates River in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and approaching the start of the military operation, proceeded by firearm preparation, by the intensive raids by the Russian as well as the regime’s warplanes and helicopters, in which the SOHR documented that the Russian as well as the regime’s warplanes and helicopters carried out more than 900 air strikes targeted Bakrus, Al-Boleel, Al-Zbari, Sa’loo, Al-Muhasan and Al-Toob and other towns in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, which resulted in a massacre left 118 civilian casualties at least including 31 children and 31 citizen women, who have been killed since the dawn of Friday the 29th of September 2017 until the 3rd of October 2017, as a result of the bombing on Deir Ezzor province, the intensive raids also left tens of injuries, some of them are still in serious condition.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored clashes between the regime forces backed by militiamen loyal to them of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities against the members of the “Islamic State” organization, in areas on the eastern banks of the Euphrates River, opposite Deir Ezzor Military Airbase, amid clashes of hit-and-run witnessed in the area between the regime forces against ISIS, in which the organization aims to cause the biggest casualties in the ranks of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them and retake the areas it lost earlier during the clashes between the both parties, and the clashes are accompanied by exchange of shelling on areas between the both parties.
