Unidentified missile kills 13 people including 6 children and women in a neighborhood controlled by the regime forces in Deir Ezzor city

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a missile landed on a school area in the Al-Qosur neighbourhood, which is under the control of the regime forces in Deir Ezzor city, which caused a massacre claimed the lives of 13 people at least, including 3 children and 3 women, and several others were wounded, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation, it also caused material damage, and the fall of the missile comes in conjunction with the violent military operations that takes place at the outskirts of Deir Ezzor city and the eastern banks opposite to it and in the eastern countryside of the city, between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities and Russian forces; against members of the “Islamic State” organization.
