Aleppo Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: Armed groups in the towns of Nubl and al-Zahraa –which are inhabited by Shiite citizens in the northern countryside of Aleppo– continue kidnaping and detaining tens of Kurd civilians, and in the details documented by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Internal Kurdish Security Forces “Asayish” in Afrin have arrested two drug dealers from the towns of Nubl and al-Zahraa, in which groups of their relatives have detained tens of Kurdish civilians of who crossed the areas of Nubl and al-Zahraa during the past week, in an attempt to pressure the Asayish Forces to release both detainees they have in Afrin, and the Syrian Observatory received information that the number of detainees in Nubl and al-Zahraa has exceeded 80 persons.
