Tension in the north-east of Aleppo among factions operating in “The Euphrates Shield” Operation and renewed fighting results in advancement by the regime forces in Al-Sukhnah desert in Homs countryside

Homs Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the clashes renewed between the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them against the “Islamic State” organization, in Hmimeh and Al-Sukhnah areas in the eastern countryside of Homs, and information about casualties in the ranks of the both parties, in conjunction with renewing the fighting between the both parties, in areas in the vicinity of Al-Qaryatayn city in the south-eastern countryside of Homs, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the regime forces managed to achieve advancement in the area, and regained the control of hills they lost in Al-Sukhnah desert, and managed again to keep the organization away of Deir Ezzor – Al-Sukhnah Road, after it managed days ago to advance in the area.

And in the same context, clashes took place between the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them against Ahrar-Al-Sham movement, in the area of Jaburin village in the northern countryside of Homs, and information about casualties in the ranks of the both parties, while the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday, that the regime forces targeted using several shells areas in the northern countryside of Homs, where the shells landed on areas in the village of Tier Mala which caused damage to the property of citizens, but no information about yet received on casualties, while areas in the farms of Al-Rastan city in the northern countryside of Homs city, where shelled by the regime forces by several shells, which resulted in the death of a child and the injury of other people, while the regime forces shelled areas in Al-Makramiyyah village in the same countryside, in conjunction with shelling on Om Sharshuh, Al-Farhaniyyah and Al-Za’afaraneh villages which resulted in the fall of injuries, while a demonstration go out in Al-Rastan city demanding to release the detainees and the overthrow of the regime, while a child was killed as a result of the shelling by the regime forces on places in Al-Ghantu area, in the northern countryside of Homs, while shells fell on areas in Qaniy al-Assi village and Jaburin and Akrad Al-Dasaniyyah, in the same countryside, fired by the regime forces, resulted in the death of two persons and the injury of others with varying degrees of severity.
