Countinuous fighting in Al-Husseiniyah area in the east of the Euphrates River and shelling leaves casualties there
Deir Ezzor Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: a man died affected by the injury he had as a result of shelling by the regime forces on areas in Bakrus town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor yesterday, and the helicopters bombed areas in Al-Boleel town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor by explosive barrels, while 4 citizens were killed and others were injured, as a result of shelling by the regime forces on Al-Husseiniyah town in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor, amid the continuation of clashes between the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them against the members of the “Islamic State” organization, in areas in Al-Husseiniyah village which the regime forces control large areas of it as a result of a violent attack carried by on Sunday the 15th of October 2017, in which the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago, that the regime forces managed to advance in Husseiniya village and controlled large areas of it, amid continuous violent clashes in an attempt by the regime forces control the village completely, and tighten their grip even more on the eastern banks of Euphrates opposite to Deir Ezzor city.
And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday the 14th of October 2017, that the regime forces are resuming their advancement imposing the siege on ISIS which is still located in Deir Ezzor city, and the took the control of a number of neighborhoods there, while the SOHR monitored that the regime forces managed to achieve new advancement and block the corridor between the eastern and the north-western countryside of Deir Ezzor at the eastern banks of the river, which goes through the controlled areas of the regime forces and the controlled areas of the Syria Democratic Forces, and the violent clashes are accompanied by intensive shelling by the regime forces on the clash areas and ISIS positions, and information about confirmed casualties in its ranks.
And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on Friday that the killing machines flying over the area and moving on the ground, are continuing to shed blood, to satisfy their growing hunger, and in a province, that most of it named by ISIS as “Al-Khair State”, the appetites of the thieves were opened, and the citizens became the main dish for the murderers, to feed their hunger for human dead bodies, in which the warplanes almost do not leave Deir Ezzor province’s sky, flying over the controlled areas of the “Islamic State” organization, and bombing side by side with the tanks, the artillery and the launchers, every place controlled by the organization under the pretext of “fighting it”, while the victims of these shells, missiles and bombs are the Syrian citizens of who the war forced to be in the areas where the organization exist, to come the regime forces, Russia and the International Coalition and strike them day and night, as if they punish those who did not displace. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored since the 10th of September 2017, the date of lifting the siege by the regime forces on their controlled areas in Deir Ezzor city, the escalation of bombing by the Russian warplanes as well as regime’s warplanes, in conjunction with the continuation of the military operation in the vicinity of the city and its countryside, which killed and injured hundreds of people, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has documented since the date mentioned above until today the 13th of October 2017, the date of imposing a siege on ISIS inside Deir Ezzor city, and finishing its presence in the eastern banks of the Euphrates River, opposite to Deir Ezzor city, the death of hundreds of Syrian citizens, in which 610 citizens including 148 children below the age of eighteen, and 124 citizen women over the age of eighteen, were killed as a result of the bombing by the Russian warplanes as well as the International Coalition warplanes, and the shelling by the regime forces, they are 419 citizens including 85 children and 89 women, were killed by raids by the regime’s warplanes and helicopters as well as the Russian warplanes on Deir Ezzor city and its eastern and western countryside and areas in the east of the Euphrates River, and 29 citizens including 13 children and 7 women were killed by shelling by the regime forces on areas in Deir Ezzor and its eastern countryside, and 34 citizens including 4 children and 6 women, were killed as a result of executing and shooting them by the regime forces in Deir Ezzor and its vicinity and the eastern banks of the Euphrates River, and 128 citizens including 46 children and 22 women were killed by raids by the International Coalition warplanes on the eastern and the western countryside of Deir Ezzor. This bombing resulted in great destruction in the infrastructure and the property of the citizens, and caused a large number of wounded, in which the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the injury of about 1670 persons with varying degrees of severity, some of them have amputated limbs and permanent disabilities, while there are a number of missing whose fate is unknown till now, while some injures have been seriously wounded, which may raise the death toll, while the intensive raids resulted in the displacement of 100 thousand citizens from the villages extended from Al-Bomar town to Al-Bokamal and Al-Mayadin cities, including tens of thousands of children and citizen women, who left their houses in their villages, towns and cities, heading to Deir Ezzor desert, avoiding the intensive bombing accompanies by the Russian supported operations of the regime forces in Deir Ezzor, and “Al-Jazeera Storm” operation backed by the International Coalition, which were accompanied by the displacement of about 50 thousand citizens from the villages and the towns of Hatla, Al-Salihiyah, Marrat, Mazlum, Khesham, Tabyat Jazeera, Jadeed Bakkara, Jadeed Ekaydat, Al-Dahlah and Al-Sabha, in the eastern banks of the Euphrates River to areas far from the shelling and the clashes and before the start of the regime’s military operation, which aims to advance into the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor and Al-Mayadin city.
