Al-Qaryatayn city reveals its losses…26 persons at least were killed in the city most of them were executed by ISIS

Homs Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of 26 persons at least of who were killed in Al-Qaryatayn city in the south-eastern countryside of Homs, which the regime forces re-took the control of it on Saturday the 21st of October 2017, backed by armed militiamen loyal to them of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities, and a number of reliable sources confirmed that these 26 casualties who were killed in the city, included 18 persons at least were executed by the “Islamic State” organization before it withdrew from Al-Qaryatayn city on Friday, a day before the regime forces took the control of it on Saturday.

The cross-sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that there are information about more persons were killed by the shelling by the regime forces during the past days in Al-Qaryatayn city or after being shot, while information was received about more casualties were killed by the organization which withdrew towards the eastern desert of Homs, in which the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday, that the regime forces were able to control after the withdrawal of members of the “Islamic State” organization and the surrender of a small group of them, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the withdrawal of about 200 members towards the desert, as the SOHR received information from several cross sources that a passage was opened for members of ISIS to leave the city towards the organization-held areas in the Syrian desert last night.
