Another assassination is added to the list of assassinations that targeted tens of persons, fighters and leaders in Daraa Province

Daraa Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: an explosive device exploded in a car of an Islamic faction commander in Sayda town in the eastern countryside of Daraa, in which he was killed, and this comes within the continues assassinations of the leaders and the members in the rebel and Islamic factions and Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that an assassination attempt carried out against a fighter in a rebel battalion in al-Yadudeh town in the northwestern countryside of Daraa, where he was targeted by unknown gunmen in the town, which injured him, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 24th of October that the assassination by the hands of unknown perpetrators using bullet and IEDs are still taking place in areas controlled by the factions and Hayaat Tahrir Al-Sham in Daraa province, where thee SOHR documented on Tuesday the 24th of October 2017, more human losses in these circumstances, where a member of Hayaat Tahrir Al-Sham was killed in IED bombing in Daraa Al-Balad in Daraa city , while another fighter of the rebel factions was killed in Abta area in the central part of the countryside of Daraa, and an IED exploded in a car belongs to a leader in Hayaat Tahrir al-Sham on the road of Al-Maliha Al-Gharbia in the eastern countryside, leaving him injured along with other people accompanying him.

The SOHR published on the 22nd of October a report on the assassination by unknown perpetrators in Daraa province, where it said that in the shadow of the security chaos in areas controlled by the opposition’s factions in Daraa Province; the assassinations continue by unidentified people that has been haunting the cities, towns and villages of the province for more than a year, the assassinations target members of the rebel and Islamic factions and Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham In addition to civilians and they are carried out by the regime forces by planting IEDs, thermal missiles targeting, unknown gunmen.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented through its activists the distribution of most of the assassinations in the eastern countryside, and they are concentrated on al-Tariq al-Harbi stretching from al-Shiyyah area until the Naseeb town and the road of Om al-Mayathen – al-Naima as well as the road of Saida – al-Msifra, where local sources accused the involvement of factions through security offices in operations of assassination that has been carried out there, while the regime forces are targeting by IEDs the road from the Eastern Karak town to Rakhm, and the road of al-Sor – Eastern al-Gharya, in addition to the Silos area stretching from Gharaz to Om al-Mayathen, due to the presence of checkpoints and sites of the regime forces near the mentioned areas.

Moving to the northern countryside: the assassinations are concentrated between Tal al-Mal and Kafr Nasej; and the area connecting between Zamreen, Kafr Nasej, Tal Antar and Tal al-Allaqiyyat, where the regime forces are targeting them using explosive devices and thermal rockets from where they are on the contact lines with the factions, also the same sources accused the security offices located in the western countryside of Daraa of being involved in the assassinations within the area between Samlin and Zamreen as well as the towns of Nimr and Jassim and the road of Nawa – Jassem, while the town of Tafas in the western countryside of Daraa had the largest share of assassinations, where a large number of assassinations was carried out their by IEDs and gunfire, in addition to the roads of Tafas –Da’el, Tafas – al-Muzeireeb and Tal Shehab – al-Muzeireeb, where most of the assassinated corpses were thrown in front of Tafas Hospital and al-Shamri Mill north of al-Muzeireeb town.

These assassinations have taken the lives of tens of people in a whole year, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has documenting since October 2016 until the 22nd of October 2017 the death of more than 194 people at least, where 162 of them were leaders and members of the factions and Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham, and 23 people were accused of “belonging to the Islamic State organization”, in addition to 9 civilians people, all of whom were assassinated by IEDs, thermal missiles and gunfire.
