The advancement of the “Islamic State” organization achieved within its counter attack in the east of Deir Ezzor brings the fighting back to the desert of the former capital of “Al-Khair State”

61 casualties at least in the ranks of the regime forces and the organization during 24 hours raise the death toll to 180 casualties during a week of fighting

The “Islamic State” organization almost does not calm down in Deir Ezzor province, from a withdrawal to an attack to another to explosions, and the escalation in the west of the Euphrates River and Al-Bokamal desert in the eastern section of Deir Ezzor province, against the regime forces backed by armed militiamen loyal to them of Syrian, Arab and Asian nationalities, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the return of the violent clashes between the both areas to Al-Mayadin desert, which was the capital of “Al-Khair State”, and which the regime forces led by Russian forces and backed by armed militiamen loyal to them of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities, managed to control it on the 14th of October 2017.

These violent clashes returned to Al-Mayadin Desert, after the organization managed during the past 24 hours to impose its control again Al-Quriyah and Mahakan towns, on the western banks of the Euphrates River in the eastern countryside of Al-Mayadin city, and the violent fighting was accompanied by intensive shelling and raids by the Russian warplanes as well as regime’s warplanes, on the controlled areas of the organization, and exchange of targeting in the contact areas between them, the south-western desert of Al-Bokamal also witnessed, the continuation of violent clashes between the “Islamic State” organization against the regime forces backed by armed militiamen loyal to them of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities, in areas in the south-western desert of Al-Bokamal, where the fighting is continuing in the Second Station (T 2) and its vicinity, amid exchange of targeting in the clash areas between the both parties.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented more casualties in the violent clashes on the western banks of the Euphrates River, in the south-western desert of Al-Bokamal, where 34 members at least of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them were killed, most of them are of non-Syrian nationalities, while 27 members at least of the “Islamic State” organization were killed during the past 24 hours, thus, the number of the casualties of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them, has increased to 85 members, including tens of members of non-Syrian nationalities, while the number of the casualties of the “Islamic State” organization, has increased to 96 members at least including commanders, of who were killed in the shelling, clashes and raids since the 23rd of October 2017, until today the 29th of October 2017, and the violent clashes between the both parties left injuries, some of them are still in serious cases, which may raise the death toll.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday, that the “Islamic State” organization moves rapidly and carries out counter attacks, that target the regime forces in most of the areas where they advance, and despite distributing the fighting fronts, ISIS continues its operation and fights fiercely against the regime forces which are trying to reach the last and biggest stronghold of it, Al-Bokamal city, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that ISIS continued during the past 24 hours, its clashes against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities, in which the organization managed in the south-western desert of Al-Bokamal, to keep the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them away at a distance of about 65 km from Al-Bokamal city, and the clashes returned to be concentrated in the Second Station (T 2), which the regime forces controlled on the 26th of October 2017, while the violent clashes are accompanied by intensive shelling and raids by the warplanes on the controlled areas of the organization in the area, amid intensive shelling and targeting by the organization to the locations and the positions of the regime forces in the area, in an attempt by the organization to regain the control of the Second Station, while in the second front of the western banks of the Euphrates River, in the western countryside of Al-Bokamal, the violent clashes are continuing between the regime forces backed by armed militiamen loyal to them of Syrian, Arab and Asian nationalities against the members of the “Islamic State” organization of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities, and the later managed by continuing its attack to regain the control of Al-Quriyah town, forcing the regime forces to get back to Mahkan town in the east of Al-Mayadin city, and the fighting in this front coincides with intensive shelling and exchange of targeting in the clash areas, and information about the fall of more casualties in the ranks of the both parties, and the regime forces became more 65 km away from Al-Bokamal city from this front.
